Business cards
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are given after 30 days. Refunds for business card orders are handled by mail. To request one, email upsitedigitalhq@gmail.com and mail the cards back to us. Once we receive the cards, your payment will be sent back to you.
What this policy covers
This policy covers our physical products only — printed items like business cards. Website packages and monthly plans are services, not physical products, so they aren't part of this refund policy. If you have a question about a website or a monthly plan, contact us at upsitedigitalhq@gmail.com and we'll work it out with you.
